She is an author, journalist, educator, podcaster, and the founder of Spalmorum.com, a platform that empowers creatives and takes them from aspiring to successful through the transformation power of storytelling. Karena has created 3 online courses to date and is the author of two books. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian and lives in Northern California with her family.

She is also a volunteer community activist who is passionate about mindset, nutrition, fitness, and mental health for women.
